Nestled in the heart of Naumburg's medieval Old Town, Pension Onkel Ernst exceeded all expectations. The spacious, individually designed rooms with light wooden floors exuded charm and comfort. The excellent breakfast spread, served daily from 8 AM, was a delightful start to the day, complemented by the friendly and accommodating staff. Our late check-in was seamlessly handled by the warm and attentive owners, adding a personal touch to our stay. The central location made exploring the town a breeze, with the market square just a 2-minute walk away. The ease of access to hiking and cycling trails along the pretty Saale River added an extra layer of delight to our experience.Noteworthy was the helpful assistance provided by the staff, making communication effortless even as non-German speakers. The option to hire bikes from the guesthouse offered a fantastic way to explore the picturesque surroundings. With free WiFi, private parking, and express check-in, Pension Onkel Ernst truly encapsulated comfort and convenience. The fusion of modern amenities with historic charm, coupled with the impeccable service, made for a truly memorable stay. We left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return to this quaint haven in the future.
